Place a large steelhead or salmon fillet on a lightly oiled pan. Brush the butter mixture over the fillet, then top with lemon slices.

Bake at 375° F for 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked through. When it's ready, fish will have lightened in color and easily flake with a fork.

Top the steelhead with plenty of fresh chopped parsley, then serve and enjoy!
