– 8 slices crusty bread
– 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
– ½ cup goat cheese, softened
– ½ cup fresh blackberries, sliced
– ¼ cup fresh basil, sliced
– ½ cup fresh mozzarella pieces
Generously butter one side of each bread slice, then flip and add a layer of goat cheese and blackberries.
Add basil and mozzarella, then top with remaining bread (butter side up). Cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
