Lemon, Garlic, & Butter Steelhead

This easy steelhead recipe is ready in less than thirty minutes – perfect for busy weeknights!

I make a lot of steelhead and this recipe is the best I’ve had.. definitely 5 star plus 5 more stars. I mean it is absolutely delicious so so easy to make thank you so much for posting it!!

Make the sauce

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until fragrant, then stir in some lemon juice!

Prepare the steelhead

Place a large steelhead or salmon fillet on a lightly oiled pan. Brush the butter mixture over the fillet, then top with lemon slices.

Bake!

Bake at 375° F for 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked through. When it's ready, fish will have lightened in color and easily flake with a fork.

Garnish & Serve

Top the steelhead with plenty of fresh chopped parsley, then serve and enjoy!
